So following a job interview which didn't go well I return home to cook some pasta bolognese for a couple of meals but I am so angry I decide instead to trash myself with the meal. I'm angry that I got all smartly dressed for a stupid manager, my shoes are killing me so I take a big ladle of the sauce and fill up my shoe with it and put it back on it feels so much better so I fill the other one. My tights are soaked in the tomato sauce in my shoes and it feels good. I splat some pasta sauce on my satin blouse where my nipples are! Then I doub it over the front in patches by now it's too late the blouse is ruined and I dont care. I decide to ruin my slicked back hair with another ladle of the sauce over my hair it forms a sort of cap. Then I ruin my make up by doubing it on my cheeks! Then I start rubbing and pouring the sauce all ove me till all my front is covered and more over my head. I look ridiculous and trashed. Then I grab the bowls of pasta and sauce lift my skirt and dump one bowl in the back of my pantyhose and the other in the front. That's it dinners ruined!

I end up sat on the floor pouring the sauce all over me, ripping my tights I feel liberated and relieved as I mush the pasta dinner in my face.

Totally covered I enter the shower with all the slop dripping still in my heels and torn tights I shower. Slowly taking off the trashed clothing.

I end the scene released from the anger with a huge smile on my face and a pile of trashed workwear and no dinner tonight for hubby!
