This is a little video I made for Plimmie for sending me all these wonderful plimsols and I'm sure he wouldn't mind if I shared it with you.
Plimmie kindly sent me plimsols for myself and for Sougoula to wear and get messy in if we so wished.
I absolutely love all plimsols, especially old skool ones made of canvas and rubber. In this video I try on four different pairs. They all feel so different and also smell different. I save the best till the last the white lace up with textured rubber toe cap. I have only messed the lace up Ked style ones in my scene oil and ketchup play. Thankfully they washed up like new. Which ones should I mess next and how?
The black slip on ones remind me of reception PE when we used to do PE in our knickers and vest. The white slip on ones are so nice as I have never had any like this before. The white lace up ones with no toe cap are similar to the ones I wore as a Lancashire Morris dancer, nothing like Morris men btw. Little girls with a leader and a tambourine and a group of girls in cute outfits with white knee socks plimsols with bells on and pompoms and formation marching and dancing.
My all time favourite especially because they smell so good and they are natural rubber and canvas only, are the white with textured rubber toe cap. This just reminds me of playing out as a kid, getting fithy... so much nostalgia. Plimmie has sourced me some black canvas textured rubber toe cap versions which I cant wait to receive as I never knew they existed anymore. I hope you enjoy my try on because I certainly did.
